In French, you use the PASSÉ

COMPOSÉ to say that you did something

or have done something in the past.

Example -  English:  I ate.  French:  I have eaten.

There are two parts to the passé composé.

Think of it like a math problem:  A + B = P.C.

A is your helping verb

B is your past participle

P.C. is the Passe Compose!

Follow this tutorial, and you will become a P.C. pro!
